The automation of the development, test, and release processes has a profound impact on the speed, quality and cost of releasing a software.I as a DevOps Consultant will help you adopt the best practices of reducing the cost, time, and risk of delivering incremental changes to users. I can help you build a Continuous Delivery Platform which achieves a reliable ,repeatable and automated process of releasing sofware in adherence to the definition of DevOps. This will ensure your enterprise remains lean , nimble and have fast response times to production.

I also do Enterprise Git Implementations. Many companies today have realized the benefits offered by git interms of high availablity, offline commits, cheap merging and branching , data redundancy and replication etc and are keen on moving to Git. I migrate with full history from SVN, P4 and CVS the source code into Git for teams and enalbe them to transition into Git in a planned and phased manner. I also offer basic and advanced Git training to teams and help them with onboarding processes.

Tools such as Jenkins , Ant, Maven and Gradle can power build, test and deployment cycles of large proprietary projects predominatly based on Java. I can setup these tools and automate the build and deployment phases for the same.
